The second session on Sunday (12-2) will be eliminated starting April 1st. I will continue to hold the 10-12 session until the weather breaks.
Hopefully the weather turns nice soon and we can all ride outside again!!

I am a USA Triathlon (USAT) certified coach. I have been competing in triathlons for 20 years including 4 full distance Ironman triathlons. I have a Bachelor of Science/Exercise Science degree from Eastern Michigan University, I am an ACE certified personal trainer, a certified Spin instructor and a certified USA Masters swim instructor.
