Team Sandbag, Elite Feet and FIT have teamed up to provide you with a variety of group workout sessions throughout the week. We understand that not everyone will be able to (or want to) participate in every session but having a consistent schedule of planned workouts may make it easier. Please keep in mind these workouts would be for all levels, and all types of athletes (mtb’ers, roadies, triathletes and runners).
These sessions are free with the exception of the triathlon swim class and the daily fee to use the ruby trails.
The schedule will begin April 30th.
Monday: Run (Starting at Marysville high school, running along the water) 5:30 pm
Swim Class (Marysville high school) 6:30 pm. New session begins April 30th and runs 6 weeks)
Tuesday: Bike (Beard’s Hills) 6:00pm
Wednesday: Mtb Trail Ride (Ruby) 6:00 pm
Swim Class (YMCA) 7:00 pm
Thursday: Track Run Workout (Port Huron high school track) 6:00 pm
Friday: ?
Saturday: Run (Starting at Elite Feet) 9:00 am. Open water swim (summer)
Sunday: Long Bike Ride (starting point will vary, distances will vary), Short Run
