Tues: Circuit training 5:30-6:15pm
Ride 6:30-7:30pm
Thurs: Ride 6:30-7:30pm
Sat: Circuit training 9:30-10:15am
Ride 10:30-11:30am

I am a USA Triathlon (USAT) certified coach. I have been competing in triathlons for 20 years including 4 full distance Ironman triathlons. I have a Bachelor of Science/Exercise Science degree from Eastern Michigan University, I am an ACE certified personal trainer, a certified Spin instructor and a certified USA Masters swim instructor.
