Good news! The reservation system up up on the website. If you plan to come to a session and need a trainer, please reserve one prior to your ride.

Great news!  The Times Herald is coming on Thurs to take pictures and write about the studio.

Steve is wearing his speedo (just kidding…right Steve?) and I still haven’t decided (insert girl/clothes joke here).

Anyway, I hope to have a good turnout…

First Thurs night ride went well!  Five riders including myself suffered through a VO2 max interval ride.  What fun!

Grand Opening was a success!  Many new faces, some from the past and those that have been at my side all summer (without whom this studio would not have happened, thank you).

First day was a success!  Good group of riders this morning and lots of people stopping by to take a look.

Looks like a rainy day tomorrow and we have plenty of good movies to choose from for our long ride tomorrow so come on by!!
