FIT studio opens for Thurs night rides Oct 16th!
For those of you missing the banter, chatter, laughter and companionship of the FIT studio, good news! Beginning Thurs 10/16, the indoor rides begin again. Stay warm, dray and ride with your friends each Thurs night at 5:30pm. Tues night circuit/rides begin Nov 4th and the Sat morning circuit/rides begin mid Nov.

I am a USA Triathlon (USAT) certified coach. I have been competing in triathlons for 20 years including 4 full distance Ironman triathlons. I have a Bachelor of Science/Exercise Science degree from Eastern Michigan University, I am an ACE certified personal trainer, a certified Spin instructor and a certified USA Masters swim instructor.
