Triathlon Swim Classes
The Marysville session started this week (9/10), it’s not to late to join! Class begins at 6:45.
The next YMCA swim session begins nest week (9/19). Class begin at 7:00.

Marysville Triathlon Swim Starts Soon!
Marysville tri swim class starts Sept 10th. Class begins at 6:45.
The six week session costs $30 for Marysville residents, $40 for non-residents.
Thurs 8/9 track workout canceled
Awful lot of green still on the radar…think we’ll have to cancel track workout tonight. See you next week!!
Fall swim classes
New Triathlon Swim Class session for YMCA begins August 8th. Classes are held on Wed nights from 7-8pm.
New session for the Marysville swim group begins Sept 10th. Classes are Mon nights . Time TBA (usually between 6:30-7:00 start time).
Both sessions run 6 weeks.
Cost is $30 member/$60 non-member (additional practice times are available for non-members) for the YMCA session and $30 Marysville resident/$40 non-resident for the Marysville session.
Certifications
I am a USA Triathlon (USAT) certified coach. I have been competing in triathlons for 20 years including 4 full distance Ironman triathlons. I have a Bachelor of Science/Exercise Science degree from Eastern Michigan University, I am an ACE certified personal trainer, a certified Spin instructor and a certified USA Masters swim instructor. I help my clients achieve their goals through specialized training plans and personal coaching.
