- I am ACE certified personal trainer.
- I am a certified United States Masters Association Swim Coach.
- I am a certified Spin instructor.
- I am a member of IDEA Health and Fitness Association.
- I am a licensed paramedic.
- I am a four-time Ironman finisher.
